Pros

Work from home is really good for people who want to work sitting in the comfort of their home., no fixed daily hours clocking, brand name, you can take unlimited paid sick leaves :)

Cons

you feel lost among 4 lacs+ employees world wide. Managers are not competent enough. Mostly support projects so technical learning might be limited. Getting onsite chances are very low. 90 days notice period makes it difficult for switch. Your progression totally depends on you as you need to initiate everything at IBM and most of the time getting information becomes difficult.
