No politics of any sort experienced so far. Good opportunities to learn, very supportive environment for learning and upskilling

Cons

Pay not great, but promotions could help. Only promotions are very hard to get as if one client in the year decides to roll off for budgets or any reason you could end up on the bench for a couple of months which could reduce your utilization causing a negative effect on the promotion
