      Pros

      IBM is the most innovative company with the largest number of patents for 23 consecutive years. IBM is excellent for freshers as it provides a healthy work environment giving them ample of opportunities to use their potential to the fullest. It has a great work culture for women in particular. In nut shell IBM is the best platform to showcase one's skills and abilities.

      Cons

      So far I have not observed any downside of working at IBM. It all depends on how one makes use of the opportunities provided by this company.

      Pros

      My overall experience with IBM was very good. The written round was average and questions very from basic maths we need to maintain good speed along with accurate calculations. The result of written round was declared the very next day and the interview was scheduled after 3 days. The interview consists of HR + TR,my interviewer was very nice,he made me very comfortable,and the results of the interview were also declared next day.Just practice well and be confident you can be an IBMer.

      I still have'nt recieved my joining letter. It has been 15 days since i have got my EOI. Hoping to get it soon.
