NO HIKE. AN IBM EMPLOYEE DOESN'T HAVE RIGHT TO DREAM ABOUT SALARY HIKES. So it is demotivating factor. If we work hard and perform best compared to any other team members ..NO USE .SO DON'T WORK HARD IF YOU ARE AN IBMer. Simply Come and go and enjoy WFH option.

The aptitude test and the business writing test conducted by IBM was really good and ensured the selection of truly deserving candidates. The process was completely fair and transparent. Also, the exam tested the speed and accuracy of students.

Cons

Each question had a particular timer of 2:15 min set for it which was too much for some questions whereas too less for the other ones. The difficulty level of some questions was above the range of time set by the timer.
