Cons
There was no transparency during the offer rollout. After joining, employees are required to go through multiple internal interviews, followed by lengthy client interview rounds, often lasting around an hour each. This entire process is not communicated beforehand, and HR should clearly mention it before joining or in the offer letter. There is also no proper profile-to-project matching, which makes the process very hectic and confusing. Initially, no one contacts you after onboarding, and there is no defined work culture. The company provides only a small laptop with no additional accessories such as a mouse, headphones, or monitor—even in the office, employees are expected to work only on the laptop. Existing employees confirmed that this has always been the standard process. Additionally, there is no salary increment even for good performance, and there are no long-term projects. In conclusion, anyone considering joining this organization for work-life balance or brand value should think carefully before making a decision.
