Pros

Highly competent but under appreciated co-workers, interesting work, Benefit package is good, and flex time/ tele commuting is great, IF your boss will allow it.

Cons

The only thing that counts is stock growth, by ANY means necessary. Treating employees like parts is going to hurt them.

Pros

Good place for freshers, but if you get stuck to IBM's style of working, you are not going to fit in elsewhere. Once an IBM'er, always an IBM'er.

Cons

As the company is too big, they are trying to automate the workplace, but without considering the efficiency of its implementation. Too inefficient and lots of waste of time and money. Processes that were implemented long back, still remain though its not efficient. Work from home, entirely depends on your People Manager!
