I also must mention the amazing diversity of people in the company. This is incredible because it will allow you to have contact with people all over the world and learn more about their cultures. This will very likely transform you as a human being.

Cons

There has been some pressure lately, probably because of the Market AI advancements and the industry layoffs. Compensation is usually below average when compared to other big techs.
