IBM is great company to work. There are lot of opportunities to grow personally and professionally. Management is very friendly and they helps employees to reach goals and they make sure we have all tools to complete our job goals and targets. Very good work - personal life balance in IBM.

None. In my last 15 years I don't see any cons in IBM.

Great place to work. Employee-friendly policies. So many internal opportunities to prove the technical skills Long term career plans can be set and work towards to achieve that.

Cons

Competitive compensation. Long-timers are treated as granted in many situations. Some work and pay related policies need to be revised.
