work & personal life very well balancing you can implement your ideas if Team agreed . no politics great work environments

Cons

hardly get increment , next 5 years hardly your payslip get increase by 20 % difficult to switch Accounts as peoples don't want to loose their resource , you have to leave organization. If there is Onsite Assignment , only seniors resource getting change who are in more then 3 years on same accounts .
