Pros

- Large scale and challenging projects. - Time and location flexibility. - Global exposure (clients from different markets, working with global IBM teams, world class trainers).

Cons

- Silly policies, not always smart, and more into bureaucratic. - Slow processing of business and career progress. - Too much politics in management teams, so that matters get handled way too personal. - Slow in being up to date with latest progressive trends in the world (my unit and management in IBM started to focus on Analytics and Data Science in 2015 only). - Below average financial packages, compared with other large IT companies in Egypt's market.
