Pros

Excellent work culture, learning opportunity, and space needed to grow.

Cons

Salary compensation is insulting even for higher management. You don't get paid very well. If you work in a CIC, a 100℅ remote work environment is not possible or allowed. Also, I've watched dev teams argue/fight and talk down to each other over the course of sprints. The culture that is taught vs practiced seems to have a thick gap.

Pros

Excellent opportunity to grow skills while still making an income. They give you lots of opportunities to grow and let you move at a reasonable pace.

Cons

With covid there hasn't been as much opportunity for collaboration as there would be under normal circumstances
