Networking is key

Pros

Being exposed to one of the oldest technological companies allows you to gain important connections in the business world. This means that within a year you can easily progress to more substantial roles. You are also exposed to multiple environments which gives you additional skills that will help bolster your knowledge.

Cons

Unless you become closely connected to your management do not expect to get money handed to you. You absolutely need to communicate via phone/ text any accomplishments. This does mean that you may pay for certificates out of pocket. This is what sets you apart from others in the company, and allows you to negotiate a higher salary. *Work/ life can be subjective to the project you are on.
