      Pros

      1.flexible timings. 2.training and learning activities are good.

      Cons

      1.Ver worst Management(Encouraging corruption). 2.Wastage of time by conducting PBC reviews 3.No good hike (compentiation) as compared to other. 4.You have to do buttering to go ahead in ur carrer in IBM (no hard work required). 5.No actual development work. 6.Very outdated technologies are being used. 7.Management and HRs only playing with employees by giving hope for future growth(which will never happen) 8.Didn't even bother to retain the experienced and old employees. 9.In the name of cost cutting they are just taking away the basic facilities(tea,cofee and newspaper). 10.No appriciation for good work.
