Cons

I don't think there was much cohesive strategy or thought behind the decisions that are made. They spent several billion acquiring the companies to make up Watson Health, then seemingly pivoted and spent $34B on Red Hat and never did any follow through with the Watson Health stuff, eventually running it into obscurity?
