Pros

Great Pay, Great Coworkers, Made lifelong friends. Manager is supportive and cares. Great opportunity to learn. Great benefits. Great office and office location. Unlimited access to online learnings. Great support network. Great HR. Responsive team members. WFH flexibility. Many more...

Cons

Not as high pay as FAANG. Can be on the bench for longer than wanting to. Work can be too little of load. While it is great to not be overworked, it feels as if I am losing the opportunity of learning something new if I do not have work to do.
