      Pros

      Mostly great connection opportunities, interesting work, and a lot fo very talented, very smart, very decent people.

      Cons

      Once the 'good times' of tech in early COVID times dried up, like the other big global players, right-sizing was necessary. Reasonable - a public company, the need to manage cost etc. It happens. It's sad, but it happens. But... when tactics other than redundancies are employed to hasten the downsizing, everything is different. The number of 10-20+ year staff who told me 'it's never been like this' was very telling. The place had been hit hard, and people were protecting themselves. Understandable of course, but let's not pretend the culture was ok while this was happening (and at time of writing, still is).
