I guess you may think working for IBM may be good for your CV? Just don't overdo it.

Cons

I wouldn't know where to start. In Consulting at least: risk averse culture, too many people wanting to coast into the sunset (retirement), too much overhead (rates too expensive), relentless pressure for billable utilisation with no focus on selling, no performance incentives, dry pipelines. From what I'm, hearing IBM Technology/SWG are doing better, but you never know, grass isn't always greener.

a lot of internal processes and low value added task internal tools outdated a lot of internal audits and controls it requires from people perform many task out of their expertise area with very little support
