IBM brings a culture where it truly is customer first. I was surprise by how broad the capabilities are at IBM to pull from any tool in the toolbox (IBM Cloud, Azure, AWS, GCP, SAP, etc.). This is truly a customer first company with the ethics to support it. Our CEO has the right vision of making sure we stay involved with the customer and is making the investments so that we bring the right solutions to our customers.

Cons

It is a big company and it takes a focused effort to make sure that you network and make connections.
