Pros
Good place to start the career if you were placed in the campus. Good start at beginning but it was all under the hands of HR which project you will get allocated to. You may get trained for something and ended up in something. Managers will be the ultimate people to decide the Hike but most of them were good from my experience(Don't need to buttering the managers) as long as we don't annoy them.
Cons
Training will be given in Bengaluru and you may get placed in projects all over India. You really cant ask for workplace change if you are not comfortable. Salary Hike wont be that good as expected and band changes will happen as they say.
