Pros

Very good work-life balance, with barely any work—unless you count toiling away with ancient technology that no one uses anymore. The best part? You can’t switch domains, because, "you are trained for one domain only, no matter how."

Cons

Your manager is your god. That's it. No HR, nothing. If your manager is clueless about tech, say goodbye to your career. To all freshers: if you’re not getting your dream role here, do yourself a favor and run. I foolishly joined this company. They hand out random job titles like candy, as if they mean anything. And then they will not allow to switch to diff domain. It's not the IBM that we saw growing up.
