Pros

Culture: you are safe to express yourself and you can be what you are that you will be respected. Very Ethical company as well.

Cons

IBM unfortunately joined the move of Big Techs that are requesting people to go back to the office. Despite employees complaining about this request, executives didn't listen and are obligating people to go to offices. During the pandemic years (2020-2022), Big leaders said they were proud of employees and mentioned we were wonderfully productive, but suddenly they are now saying that the only way to be productive and creative is working at the office (makes no sense at all). Another point is that in 2023 IBM had huge layoffs and a lot of awesome people had to leave the company. It seems that now only IA matters, people are not the most valuable resource as it used to be.
