Pros

Amazing workplace relationships, the managers and VPs are down to earth, lots of opportunities to learn and grow if you're an early profesional, benefits and time off is the biggest pro I can think aside the growth potential, it is a big company with lots of moving parts so my experience may be different to other people but I would highly rate IBM to be a good place to work.

Cons

Average salary though trying to be competitive, people can get too comfortable and that could stick to you, politics. The reason I left is because direction was not transparent about the return to work plan, there weren't enough motives or data derived metrics that said WFH was not working, but also there was an important investment in the campus to which people did not want to use/return to.
