Very interesting and challenging roles, in many different business areas. Opportunity to try many different jobs. Excellent career prospects if you keep your skills fresh and relevant.

Cons

Downside has to be salary and benefits, as they are nowhere near market rates of pay. We have unbelievably poor salary compensation packages, what more can I say.
