The main reason I have stayed at IBM is that I have always had new opportunities. I do a job for 2-4 years, then I go do another job - All while growing seniority and the benefits that come with it. If you have an interest in something you can find away to work on that something - you just have to be creative - as the path is not always a straight line.

Cons

Very Large company - if you are not outspoken it is easy to be overlooked. The size also makes it hard to find all of the benefits that we have access to.
