Pros

Amazing coworkers. great culture and events for associates and interns. Flexible WFH. Good benefits and ESPP.

Cons

Management is extremely team dependant, Ive heard many good things in from teams. In mine, I've had constant issues from not being paid on time (multiple times) to very slow internal processes, to being on the bench without anything to do, lower opportunities to grow in the field unless its specifically bringing in business values etc.. No bonus,
