Pros

Work life balance. Minimal interference as far as company indoctrination. There is still some required.

Cons

I applied after seeing a 7:30 report on their nuerodiverse recruitment program. One of the things they mentioned in the report is the difficulty we have gaining and keeping employment. 4.5 years later after finally getting a mortgage, I've been made redundant and forced back into the most brutal job market ever with the minimal legal payout and terrible unemployment assistance. I doubt IBM are going to go back on 7:30 report for a 'where are they now' follow up. I'm a skilled data analyst and full stack programmer. I met or exceeded all KPIs. Did everything required of me. I was happy to do any task and have pay adjusted accordingly if there were no programming roles available.
