- Good work culture - Vast learning resources which are free - CTC structure is well aligned without much taxation

Cons

- Forget about good hikes unless you are promoted - Too much PeM intervention - Too much focus on IBM specific badges.

Free certifications Get experience on any technology/tool you would like to pursue Great teams

Cons

You need to find your own projects, don't expect too much help Once your project is over, you'll be assigned on bench and you have to make sure your off-bench time is >80-85% This can make you feel anxious and lost at times.

Pros

Got promoted quickly as my manager was awesome. Great for graduate hires, you get exposed to really good tech. Great teammates .

Cons

I got a moved to a project and the internal politics and 'over pretentious' management was really bad. So being in a good project is just luck.
