Pros

- Access to infinite resources to learn, grow, and innovate - Excellent retention and work life balance for a Big corp/tech company - Excellent parental leave benefits - Relatively easy to change teams and move to areas of emerging technologies

Cons

- As it's the case for most big companies, if your group or team projects are less exciting and less revenue generating outside of R&D, you won't have a pleasant ride.
