good company with strong benefits, pto, etc

Cons

the pay is way below market value, if you are looking for something more lucrative, go anywhere else. I am doing a market's value of > $100K day in and out and the pay does not translate to this. Have only had positive reviews year in & out. If you want vertical mobility look elsewhere.
