- work-life balance - opportunities to grow and to learn; certifications paid by the company - majority of the colleagues are competent and doing a good job in their field

Cons

- on some projects, the management is lacking transparency and communication - if you have the bad luck to have a PeopleManager who is also a Tech / Team Lead, they won't guide you at all besides the short chat about the mandatory Project assessment throughout the year - no meal tickets - no bonuses
