Pros

Huge company, lots of benefits, such as educational or leisure. It's hard to get fired unless you are not doing your job correctly, but they are all about second and third chances.

Cons

It's a huge company, so there will be bureaucracy, so you will have to do a lots of little things aside your role. But nothing hard. If you allow you will become an accommodated professional, it would depend on the project that you are assigned, but that's not an excuse. You have the tools to improve yourself technically. Compensation is not something that pleases.
