Pros

IBM offers a collaborative environment with great opportunities for professional development. The company encourages work-life balance, and the projects are often challenging and rewarding. A strong culture of innovation and support for career growth.

Cons

Salaries don't always keep pace with inflation, which can affect employee satisfaction. Communication and transparency, particularly around changes and restructuring, could be improved to keep employees in the loop.
