Pros

Safe and steady Lots of different projects to work on

Cons

Job cuts are quite common. If you are agile, you can avoid/survive job cuts, but you could still be unlucky. Recently became very restrictive on allowed tools and software. Lots of changes to key software and applications creating a lot of extra work and overhead, affecting productivity and output. Salary and bonuses are not quite up to many competitors' levels Many changes of strategy over a short space of time. Feels like one dumb idea after another sometimes. Forced to use OCP even though no customers sent to want it.
