Lots of resources and networks to leverage to kickstart a career, but you need to be a self-starter and know how to connect with people across the organization to handle reorgs/layoffs.

Cons

Frequent reorgs/layoffs. Some departments can be pretty hand-off. That might be your thing, but it also means your prime for getting cut.
