They took away all the perks

Pros

The people are world-class, top-notch, dedicated employees. Most are creative problem solves who love a good challenge.

Cons

One of the perks used to be flexibility to work-from-home, but that's gone. Salary used to be on par with industry standard, but that's changed. The constant upheaval and lay offs has killed any morale.

Salary, benefits, remote work, smartest coworkers around, MacBook Pro, opportunity to travel, great experience and resume builder, no shortage of challenges to creatively overcome

Cons

Remote work no longer available, too much change, unrealistic expectations, many management issues, lack of raises, constant budget issues, too many cooks in the kitchen
