- The challanges IBM has been facing in the cloud segment are difficult and hard, but that is the point. IBM is brave to take these challenges, moreover it is an all-in strategy. If someone like to be outside the comfort zone this environment is excellent - despite the organization size there are channels where you can have a meaningful conversations with C level people and they listen - strong focus on servant leadership - learning opportunities are just great, you'll get access to multiple learning portals not only in technology but also in management fields - IBM understands that the culture is what matters when it is about a size like IBM and they put a lot of effort to shape the culture, as a manager I feel I'm supported - modern tools ofr the tasks - old legacy systems constantly reshaped, replaced and revamped - strong focus on diversity - strong focus on personal development - there are good perks
Cons
- it is still a huge organization and sometimes just slow - there are processes still too buerocratic - it is a huge ship and sometimes turns slow, but sometimes too fast
