Can only speak from my yet limited perspective. - I have a great team where everyone is supportive and my direct manager really takes an effort in listening to our problems and communicating them to the upper level. - Everyone is encouraged to learn and look into different job roles if he wishes. - Flexible working schedule with good home office options. - Great programs for new hires that make you feel welcome.

Cons

-Upper management sometimes makes unrelatable or frustrating decisions that seem to forget the developers. -Internal job changes often rip wholes into well working teams, that are not filled in time.
