The culture encouraged continuous learning, knowledge-sharing, and teamwork, which helped me strengthen my skills in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend practices. I particularly appreciated the emphasis on quality, scalability, and Agile delivery, which shaped me into a more disciplined and well-rounded engineer.

Cons

Like any large organization, there were a few areas that could be improved. Pay hikes were not always aligned with industry expectations, and at times, leadership created some uncertainty. However, these challenges also taught me adaptability and the importance of self-driven growth.
