Pros

Flexible schedule. Management does not micro manage (may depend on manager). Good 401K matching, except that they now give it at the end of the year. You lose it if you leave or are let go before the end of the year. Lots of smart people.

Cons

Salary is below what the market pays. Raises and bonuses are very low. People have low morale.

Pros

A lot of good guy, and there are indeed experts in this huge company

Cons

If you are really a geek or technical guru, you would be mostly exploited. They would prefer not to promote you as they could not find any replacement. A lot of useless meetings, which morons like a lot.

Pros

Some very good coworkers. Some better managers

Cons

Much of the work farmed out overseas. Creativity punished instead of rewarded . Below average pay and benefits
