Pros

Training and workshops held by good technical people Good starting salary Good working environment due to people diversity and due to the 50-50 gender employment

Cons

They may lie to cover their mistakes Hard to have salary raises ( have to get through many steps ) They tend to use very often the word IBMer whilst it doesnt mean much to them

Pros

Learning new skills is encouraged and plenty of opportunities are available, open environment in the office, tons of different projects available.

Cons

A lot of competition for projects, a lot of corporate bureaucracy, can get easily lost in the crowd of similar employees, each manager is responsible for many employees. Business is down but changing in a positive way (hopefully).
