Pros

I put 16 years into this company so I’m sure I had good things to say at one time. But with 16 years invested they had no problem showing me the door. Therefore it’s hard to list any pro’s. You can be pretty certain that if you’re over 50, been there a long time and make to much money then you will get laid off so they can higher younger and cheaper.

Cons

There is absolutely no loyalty and it doesn’t matter how hard you worked or how long you may have been in your role. It all comes down to numbers and if you don’t fit within the numbers then you are laid off.
