Get ready to get laid off

Pros

The pay is good. But you won't have a career here. They will lay you off when you hit your 40s replace you with someone in India.

Cons

Severely understaffed departments. Over bloated middle management structure. I had more managers than we had on our team. Micro managing managers that rely on metrics that make no sense. So they can sit around with other managers at restaurants getting drunk all day or going golfing.
