Socially responsible, learning and skills-based culture, strongly focused on diversity and inclusion, competitive pay for top performers, work with really smart people creating innovative cool technology. Access to a massive amount of free training. You can move between teams, to different sites (even globally), and through different professions. Great chance to have multiple careers all in one great company.

Cons

After years of transforming to Cloud and AI, business results are just showing signs of positivity, which means raises and bonuses will take a couple more years to improve. But potential is high.
