The autonomy, opportunity, and ethics of this company make it a clear stand-out among the large corporations I've worked with. They treat everyone fairly, respectfully, and the employees are awesome, brilliant people.

Cons

There are high levels of bureaucracy and "red tape" for almost anything you do, some sensible, some not. HR is generally not very helpful for employees, they are focused mainly on protecting the company.
