Learning to do anything at a large company and run an organization effectively at scale is a significant skill gain. Bonuses--when paid--were quite nice, and upper management is compensated well.

Cons

Old management styles reign. Very few women in leadership roles. When looking at budgets, there is no apprehension by upper management to make employee cuts versus alternative solutions. Business units are continually changed and shifted with new leaders and new objectives preventing true forward growth and momentum. I had 7 leaders in 5 years.
