Pros

Work from home - flexibility

Cons

So many have been laid off in the US, everyone wears multiple hats. Always looking over your shoulder for the next round. Reduction in employee benefits.

Pros

It's a paycheck and that's about as much as I can say. Benefits are decent. 401k is there but nothing to brag about.

Cons

IBM is struggling to turn around and be a successful business and in doing so has offered up talented employees as a sacrifice. There are constant layoffs and now working remotely is being taken away. This means a large amount of the work force will be forced to move or find another company. Ginni says IBMs people are what sets it apart but IBMs people are being hurt the worst under your leadership.
