Pros

Good Benefits Salary There are some good divisions to work for Flexible with sick time and work from home

Cons

Employees are no longer valued Not a good place for workers in the US. Salary increases and bonuses are very small If a job is not a good fit, there is not way to work with HR to find a better fit-even if you have been with the company a number of years with stellar reviews.

Pros

IBM is a very ethical company with very high standards. The teammates that I worked with were very professional. IBM is committed to individual's professional development. Becoming a certified Project Manager is a plus.

Cons

As a salaried employee, don't expect a 40 hour work week. IBM can be somewhat bureaucratic with a lot of "stovepipes" within the organization.
