Pros

Many great people and certain departments within this mammoth company are great to work in. Flexibility in work location (many work from home) can be a real plus.

Cons

Management focus on short term EPS resulting in extreme cost controls, staff cuts, reduced investment in new products, and financial engineering put a huge strain on employees and morale.
