Pros

Experience over a 30 year career at IBM was that the company allowed me to grow and move with the business. Both helping IBM enter new markets but also challenging me with a variety of assignments. IBM truly has embraced the work life integration in that they are very supportive of building schedules that support both your own personal life but also the varied hours a global workforce requires. IBM's management structure does support you focusing on your Client's needs - although flexibility within the organization has to be actively worked by your management team.

Cons

As with any large organization, the IBM structure can be intimidating for those that are new to the organization. IBM's organization history does support two way conversation on corporate policy which can slow things down - but in the end deliver the best decision.

Pros

It is a strong brand company with high quality products and service in world wide.

Cons

Too slow on business strategy decision. Didn't have strong focus on certain area. Keep perform the resource action in WW which may have some obstacle for employee growth.
