Pros

There is no Pros to being a US-based IBM employee.

Cons

No valid career plans, no raises, no emphasis on customers. Employees are left hanging in front of customers with no management support. The goal is to eliminate all US jobs, and to make it as uncomfortable as possible for US employees.
